This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had abroad. They claim to be a 3-star hotel, but I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. The rooms and facilities look nothing like the pictures on their website—unless those photos were taken over a decade ago. Their 3-star rating is completely misleading and should be revoked. The worst part of my stay was being woken up by the sound of heavy machinery at 6:30 AM. When I called reception to complain, the staff responded with a smirk and a condescending, “I’ll ask them to stop.” No apology, no urgency—just pure incompetence. Speaking of incompetence, the reception staff were beyond unprofessional. They held my passport for nearly 20 minutes during check-in to make photocopies, only to send someone to my room later that evening demanding it again. That staff member was incredibly rude and persistent, to the point where I had to shut the door on him. When I complained at reception, they didn’t even bother to apologize. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone—unless you’re actively looking for one of the worst hotel experiences of your life.

: "The location of the hotel was great, and the room was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, though there could be improvements. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn't up to standard as there was noticeable dust and even a small cockroach inside the room, which was a bit concerning."

Building work going on. Asked for room so couldn't hear it and no luck. Banging and drilling all day and late into evening even until 9.30pm and start again just after 7am. Also hotel plays musicin the corridoors. Too loud asked for it to be turned off at 11.30pm

Our wash room was used by unknown person. We have raised the issue with reception and General Manager Mr.Shareef. The matter was not taken up and not bothered to call back to settle the issue. We have have asked for vedio footage of the corridor to now, who has entered. But till now, no response from the Hotel Management.

Actually the hotel didn't provide me room. As we booked a room for a business 訂房網站, they didn't accept our id cards from different places. You can check with the hotel. It's really horrible. Without providing a room, how come you won't refund my money? please refund the amount. Such a horrible experience with make my 訂房網站.

Its an old hotel but staff is less to maintain it properly. This can be seen when you do checkin, at restaurant ordering and even breakfast buffet. Every time you order it is delayed due to low staff

Wonderful to be upgraded. After checking into the allotted room, please try surprised to be upgraded to a newly renovated room. Good modern fittings.

I couldn't travel due to personal reasons & tried to amend the stay dates. Lost the full booking amount. No resolution either from the property or mmt. Very bad experience.
